Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya title track - Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's chemistry saves the day despite 'dumb-charades' choreography

The title track of Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is finally out, and it's a promotional video. Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon star in the reprised version of the popular single, which shares the same name as the film. The video once again shows the crackling chemistry that the onscreen duo share with each other. Although ace choreographer Jani Master, aka Shaik Jani Basha, choreographed the track, it slightly misses the charm he brings to the screen.

Choreography and theme analysis

The video portrays Shahid and Kriti as lovers, hinting at him being a human being and she as a robot. The song also shows them glam up and look stupendous, going by the theme of the film of being an impossible love story with AI (artificial intelligence) coming into the picture. However, the hookstep fails to be eye-catching and instead gives the impression of playing dumb charades with the viewers.

Synopsis of Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya film

In Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation, or SIFRA (Kriti Sanon), is a "young woman" Aryan (Shahid Kapoor) meets, and they develop feelings for one another. When Aryan decides to bring SIFRA home to meet his family, he runs into problems when he finds out that it is really an android with human characteristics. 

Maddock Films and Jio Studios are the producers of the romantic comedy science fiction film. Both Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah are making their directorial debuts with this flick.

Musical composition

Mitraz, Sachin-Jigar, and Tanishk Bagchi composed the score for the film. The first single, Laal Peeli Akhiyaan, was released on January 12, 2024, adapted from a Rajasthani song of the same name. Akhiyaan Gulaab, the reprised version of Akhiyaan by Mitraz, debuted on January 24, 2024. The title track, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, is a cover version of Raghav's 2004 album Storyteller's Teri Baaton (Your Words).

The release date for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya on the big screen is February 9, 2024.
