Tejas starring Kangana Ranaut has been gathering immense buzz since its announcement. This highly anticipated film is based on the life of Tejas Gill, an Air Force pilot, and now we have an official release date. The team working on Tejas has confirmed that it will hit theatres across the country on October 20.

Kangana took to social media to share the final release date of her upcoming film on her official Instagram handle with a special caption that reads, "Honouring the bravery of our heroic Air Force Pilots! Tejas, releasing in cinemas on 20th October 馃嚠馃嚦 @sarveshmewara @varun.mitra @anshul14chauhan @ronnie.screwvala @rsvpmovies (sic)."

Tejas revolves around the remarkable journey of Tejas Gill, an Air Force pilot, and its main goal is to inspire and fill us with a deep sense of pride for every Indian who tirelessly defends our nation, facing countless challenges along the way.

The film is being produced by Ronnie Screwvala under RSVP, along with Ishita Gala, Pashan Jal, Salona Bains Joshi, Sonia Kanwar, Yogendra Mogre, Navmeet Singh, Meghna Talwar, Vicky Vijay, and Sanaya Irani Zohrabi.

Written and directed by the talented Sarvesh Mewara, and featuring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, Tejas is all set to be released in cinemas around Dussehra on October 20, 2023.

Not only Tejas but Kangana starrer and directed Emergency is also based on real-life events. Emergency, which also has Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry, Milind Soman, Vishak Nair, and Satish Kaushik, is slated to hit cinemas on November 24.
