It's been just 2 days, Taylor Swift has finally dropped her latest re-recorded album, 1989 (Taylor's Version), and now it has smashed all records on Spotify. The singer has broken her own record and became the artist with Most Single-Day Stream on the music platform.

Spotify's announcement

The news was announced by Spotify on Saturday on Twitter. Although the company did not reveal the total number of streams, it did say that the new Vault track, 'Slut!’ (Taylor’s Version) is at No.1 position with 5.2 million streams in the US, and globally with 11.3 million.

This Single-Day Most streamed record was previously set by Taylor herself, when her last album of all-new material, Midnights came out, and now she broke her own record with this re-recorded version.

On the US Spotify chart, 4 out of 5 Vault songs are currently ruling the top 4 positions. Slut and Style (Taylor's Versions), these 2 are mostly ruling people's hearts.

However, the 33-year-old singer's other re-recorded album, Speak Now (Taylor's Version) still holds the place of the Most Opening-Day Streaming numbers, which was released just 3 months ago.
