Venukutty is an inspector who is coming to Jethalal's store to find out if everything works as per standards. This happens after an e-mail complaint was lodged against Jethalal's store, causing him to lose out on business from a partner. Jethalal, otherwise confident about his store, has already made his first mistake - not checking if the shutter keys are on time to open the store. Now, Jethalal is outside his store, having a friendly argument with Bhide over why the secretary-teacher should lend his scooter to Bagha to bring the keys from Dheeraj. All of this while waiting on Venukutty.
