It is time for Elections 2024, in real life as well as in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. One of the lead characters Jethalal, who has a political affiliation, is now in a fix thanks to that. There is a crowd outside of Gada Electronics. Nattu Kaka (Kiran Bhatt) explains why is that. It is because Jethalal is called Daani and thus, people have gathered to beg in front of him. Nattu kaka gets back to his pagaar topic to shoo the crowd away. “Aaj tak inhone meri pagaar nahi badhaayi toh aapko daan kahan se denge?,” he is heard saying.

Jethalal vs a sly man

A sly man gets into the store and puts Jethalal in a fix. Jethalal, who helped politician Chana Kumar with a rally, is now being threatened. However, being the businessman he is, Jethalal handles it with finesse.

Jethalal’s routine disrupted

Nattu Kaka asks Jethiya to run away from the store, since somebody will always come to ask for loan. Jethalal toys with the idea of going back home, and actually leaves.

The election fever on the show has caused Jethalal more trouble than ever. The makers had released a video in which Gokuldham society members also got into a fight owing to Jethalal’s political affiliation with Chana Kumar. Atmaram Tukaram Bhide, especially, picked a fight with members of the political party. Patrakar Popatlal was also heard saying his hookline, cancel, thus expressing his disapproval for what is happening.
