Actress Taapsee Pannu left everyone surprised after she got married to her longtime beau and former Badminton player Mathias Boe in March 2024. This unique couple chose not to officially announce their wedding on social media. It was the fan clubs who shared some videos from their intimate wedding in Udaipur. However, while bidding goodbye to 2024, Mathias Boe took to social media and dropped an unseen picture with his 'girlfriend that became my wife' from their registry.

He took to Instagram and dropped a black-and-white picture with fans. In the unseen picture, Taapsee and Mathias are seen signing their wedding paper. Along with the picture, he penned a heartwarming note and called 2024 a 'happening year'. His note read, "2024 is coming to an end. A really happening year for me, one of the most eventfull years of my life. A girlfriend that became my wife, and a family that became bigger. I wish everyone a very happy New Year blessed with the love from your family and friends." Have a look:
After he shared the picture, elated fans were seen reacting to it. A fan commented, "Endless love to both of you." Another fan wrote, "Congratulations and a very Happy New year to both of you and your loved ones." Others were seen dropping red heart emojis.
When Taapsee Pannu spoke about her low-key wedding
During her appearance at Agenda Aaj Tak 2024, the actress revealed that she had a court marriage with Boe in December 2023. She said, "People were unaware of my wedding this year as we didn't make a formal announcement. In fact, we got married last year in December. Our wedding anniversary is coming soon. We simply signed the papers then. If I hadn't mentioned it today, no one would have known." Their desi wedding in Udaipur was attended by celebs like Anurag Kashyap, Pavail Gulati, and Kanika Dhillon.
