Sussanne Khan on Hrithik Roshan starrer Vikram Vedha: This is by far one of my favourite movies ever!!!

Vikram Vedha, starring Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan, recently released in theatres and the action-thriller has had the third-largest opening of the year so far. Many celebrities who saw the pre-release showing have begun writing reviews of the movie which are now available for public view. In this vein, Sussanne Khan, Hrithik's ex-wife, has now given her views on the film and according to her, Vikram Vedha will be a "huge blockbuster."

Using Instagram, Sussanne captioned the movie poster, "RA RA RA RA…Rooooom this is by far one of my favourite movies ever!!! Superrrrbly gripping and full of Thrillssss!! Congratulations @hrithikroshan @saifalikhan_online and the entire team… for this tremendous entertainer!!! this one is going to be a huggge BLOCKBUSTER ."

Pashmina Roshan, Hrithik's cousin, also praised her brother on social media as she shared a cute photo of the two together. Her comment said "This is the Duggu bhaiya I know, who nurtures everything with so much love, care and consideration that it becomes engraved in every atom of his surroundings. Always striving to be a better version of himself- I can see it all in every expression on Vedha's face. The actor in me finds this empowering. The Vikram-Betaal-inspired neo-noir action criminal thriller concerns a ruthless police officer Vikram played by Saif who goes on a hunt to apprehend the tough thug Vedha, played by Hrithik.

The film is directed by Pushkar and Gayatri and also stars Radhika Apte and Rohit Saraf. The film is a remake of the same-named 2017 Tamil film that starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. Bhushan Kumar, S. Sashikanth, and Reliance Entertainment are the producers.

Vikram Vedha will compete at the box office against Mani Ratnam's masterpiece Ponniyin Selvan: I, which is based on the novel of the same name by Kalki Krishnamurthy. Hrithik discussed the box office clash during a promotional event by saying, "I haven't read the book. So, for me, it's just Vikram Vedha. That's all I know," according to a Hindustan Times report.
