Sushmita Sen visits Durga puja pandal with her two daughters; STUNS everyone with her traditional dhunuchi dance

The entire nation is busy with the grand celebrations of the extremely auspicious festival of Navratri, a nine-day celebration. Like every year, many of the celebs visit various pandals to take the darshan of Goddess Durga. Celebrities like Rani Mukerji, Kajol and others have been regulars to visit these pandals. This year too, was no different. This year also saw the former beauty queen turned actress Sushmita Sen visiting a pandal in Mumbai as a part of the religious Durga Puja celebration.

Sushmita Sen was accompanied by her darling daughters Renee and Alisah, and also a few other family members. Besides his visiting the pandal, another main highlight of the Aarya 3 actress’ visit was her performing the traditional dhunuchi dance. For the unversed, the extremely popular dhunuchi dance is a dance form in which the dancer holds a clay pot in the hand and moving the hand in zig zag (read ‘infinity’) motion. One could see Sushmita Sen and her daughters dancing merrily barefoot.

As for the attires, the gorgeous Sushmita Sen simply upped the ‘stun level’ with her costume. She was seen wearing a traditional attire, as she was looking every inch a stunner in the pink and orange shade saree that seamlessly complemented the silver gotta patti. Sushmita Sen matched this outfit with a matching blouse (which was pink in colour) and had an embroidered neckline. How can we not mention the earrings and bracelets which completed the stunner’s attire. Sushmita Sen opted for a ponytail hairstyle. Both of Sushmita Sen’s daughters were also seen wearing attire which was just right for the grand occasion. Sushmita Sen’s younger daughter Alisah was seen in a lehenga. On the other hand, Sushmita Sen’s eldest daughter Renee was looking extremely elegant in the red saree and golden blouse.

Sushmita Sen was last seen in the highly appreciated web series ‘Taali’ (in which she was seen portraying the role of the India-born-globally famous transgender Shrigauri Sawant. After this, Sushmita Sen will now be seen in ‘Aarya 3’, the upcoming third season of the hit series ‘Aarya’, which is all set to be streamed from November 3 this year.
