The Boys is gearing up for another exciting, blood drenched season of the unhinged antics of our superheroes and vigilantes. The new season promises to have more than a few shockers in store for audiences. It seems even the show’s stars were left at a loss for words when it came to season 3 storylines.
In conversation with Total Film, Tomer Capone, who stars as Frenchie, said “"It is the craziest season we ever did by far I think". The star talked about how he loved where the show is going when it comes to the characters. Capone talked about how he eagerly waited for the scripts as he knew that the scenes would be ‘out-of-this-world’. He also said that at times he was also left wondering how they were going to pull it off.
Nathan Mitchell, who stars as Black Noir, also talked about how he would be left in disbelief at the routes the story could take and how the makers did a ‘great job’ of telling an ‘amazing story’. Karen Fukuhara, who plays Kimiko, added that sometimes she was left wondering whether they were really going through with it, when it came to some parts of the story.
Claudia Doumit reprises her role as Victoria Neuman in the new season, after the shocking revelation of her real identity in the season 2 finale. She echoes her co-stars’ thoughts that she was always left surprised at what is going to happen next in the series. She also added that the show was “an enjoyable, chaotic ride to be on."
The Boys season 3 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 3, in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
