Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have just announced that fans who have been waiting for Stree 2 can get an early access to the film. That's right, these lucky people will not have to wait till August 15 (or later since many shows are houseful) to watch the much-awaited film, Stree 2. In the video shared by the makers, Shraddha and Rajkummar also announce how fans of the film can get the access to the early preview.
Shraddha Kapoor announced the special news. She revealed that there are some lucky fans who can get access to the preview of Stree 2.
The actress, along with Rajkummar, revealed that fans can get in one of the early shows, which commence at 9.30 pm on August 14. How can they do that? These fans have to go for advance booking options and find how many seats they want to book and book them for the said day. PS: Only limited seats are available for the preview screening.
The latest buzz for Stree 2 Box Office is that the film might end up minting Rs. 30 crores on its opening day. Although that might appear a little bit of a stretch, it is likely to come close to the number, for the movie has minted nearly Rs. 2.50 crores in advance booking on the first day itself. The buzz is sure to go up by the end of today and more bookings are likely to start from Wednesday. The same will give us a rough idea of whether Stree 2 can actually reach or cross the said milestone.
Back when Stree released in 2018, it opened a path for horror-comedy films in India. Everybody was curious to find out if Shraddha Kapoor's character is really the ghost. The movie ended on the cliffhanger and turned into a franchise, with Roohi (Janhvi Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma), Bhediya (Varun Dhawan-Kriti Sanon) and more recently, Munjya (Abhay Verma-Sharvari Wagh)'s release. After a long wait of six years, the mystery behind Shraddha's character will either be solved or deepened (our guess is the latter). With fine actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana, the film had set a standard and viewers have been waiting to relive the memories, which they hope to with Stree 2.
Apart from Stree 2, Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Vedaa will be out in theatres on August 15.
