A few weeks ago, Malayalam actor Jayaram's comical video went viral online. In the video, he brilliantly lip syncs with fellow actor Suresh Gopi, singing the popular Telugu song Samajavaragamana. This video, in which Jayaram humorously replicates Suresh Gopi's singing style and gestures, has rapidly gained widespread popularity, eliciting both laughter and appreciation from fans and fellow celebrities.

At a recent press meet for his film Garudan, Suresh Gopi was asked about the video. He said, “My video has gotten more views than his (Jayaram's)”. The veteran actor also expressed his gratitude to mimicry artists for helping him stay connected with the audience during his break from movies.

Suresh Gopi's son, Gokul Suresh's latest film King of Kotha too got mixed responses. In the Garudan press meet, when he was asked about his son's performace in the movie, the actor responded that he hasn't watched the film yet. But he expressed his joy at the positive responses he received about his son's performance in the film.
He said, "I haven't seen King of Kotha yet, and my son is really upset about it. The only film I have seen of his is Mudhugauv. That too just a few parts of the film. I probably would have been occupied with other things. But I don't think I need to watch King of Kotha. I feel happy happy to know that people like Siddique are appreciating his performance and the film".

On the work front, Suresh Gopi is gearing up for the release of his crime thriller Garudan, which is penned by Anjaam Pathira-fame Midhun Manuel Thomas. He will be sharing screen space with Biju Menon in the film that is expected to hit theatres in November. Midhun will also be directing Jayaram’s upcoming thriller titled 'Abraham Ozler', which is expected to go on floors this year. Coincidentally, Midhun had also previously teamed up with Jayaram's son Kalidas Jayaram in Argentina Fans Kattoorkadavu, which didn't do well at the box office.
