A couple of weeks ago, there was a strong buzz that Sunny Deol's son Karan Deol had got engaged to the girl whom he had been dating for quite some time now. There were many speculations about the ‘mysterious girl’. The excitement reached its peak when it was reported that Karan Deol had his engagement ceremony on the same day as Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s anniversary.
Well... The mysterious girl is not mysterious anymore. It's now official that the girl with whom Karan Deol had got engaged to was Drisha Acharya. For the unversed, Drisha Acharya happens to be the great granddaughter of acclaimed filmmaker Bimal Roy. And if the reports are to be believed, then, it's being said that she is based in Dubai, where she works as a manager at a travel agency.
Today, Karan Deol and his ‘wife-to-be' were spotted by the paparazzi as they stepped out to have lunch. The cute couple seemed to have no hang-ups about posing for the photographers. They happily posed for the paparazzis who had come to click their pictures. While Karan Deol looked uber cool in his beige coloured T-shirt, which complemented his black trousers in the same way his sunglasses did. Drisha Acharya, on the other hand, was spotted wearing a casual black and white striped t-shirt with black trousers to go alongwith it. In order to complete this look, she had carried a sling bag and her sunglasses. Not to forget the magnetic smile that both Karan Deol and Drisha Acharya had while posing for the cameras.
On the professional front, even though nothing much has been heard about Karan Deol after his debut film ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ and ‘Vele’, his father Sunny Deol, is busy with the shooting of his much-awaited film ‘Gadar 2.’ Only a few weeks back, Sunny Deol had taken to social media to make an announcement about the film, wherein he had shared the film’s poster. He had captioned the post stating, ‘Hindustan Zindabaad Hai….Zindabaad Tha.. .aur Zindabaad Rahega! This Independence Day, we bring to you the biggest sequel in Indian cinema after two decades.#Gadar2 releasing in Cinemas on 11th August 2023’.
