Sunny Deol okays Telugu director's next but asks for changes in the script, here's what we know

Director Gpichand Malineni gave a solid hit with Balakrishna's Veera Simh Reddy, which grossed over Rs 100 crore at the box office. He then teamed up with Ravi Teja for an action drama that was to be produced by the makers of Pushpa, Mythri Movie Makers.

But for some reason, the project has been called off due to budget constraints and will no longer be made, disappointing the fans. Now, the news is that the makers approached Sunny Deol for the same film with a revised budget.

News is out that Sunny Deol has okayed the script. Well, we have now come to know from a source that Sunny Deol has asked for a few changes in the script related to these character traits.

The source also adds that Gopichand Malineni has started working on the script yet again and is making changes in the character that will suit Sunny Deol's image. Very soon, the film is all set to go on the floors. 

Sunny Deol made a solid comeback with Gadar 2, which made over Rs 500 crore at the box office. So, it will be really interesting to see how Gopichand will direct the Bollywood legend. Sunny Deol is already shooting for his new film, which is being produced by Aamir Khan.

On the other hand, the production house, Mythri Movie Makers, is dying to establish itself in Hindi cinema and this film will be its first big step. Already, they have created a sensation with Pushpa but they want to produce more direct films in the days to come.
