Sun Zara teaser: Ranveer Singh finds love in Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde

Ranveer Singh is all set to charm us all on Friday (December 15) as he will be seen romancing Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde in the upcoming soft number Sun Zara from the movie Cirkus.

Sun Zara will witness Ranveer Singh in double roles, and finds two lovers in Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde. The song is slated to release on Frida.

Sharing the short teaser clip on his social media handles, Ranveer Singh wrote, “#SunZara SONG OUT TOMORROW! #CirkusThisChristmas."

The video starts by showing glimpses of Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde. In the song, Jacqueline looks ravishing in a red blouse and brown skirt, dancing to her heart’s content with Ranveer on the streets with a dance troupe, Pooja opts for a yellow saree and can be seen being pursued by a charming Ranveer Singh in and around a tea plantation.

Headlined by Ranveer Singh and Varun Sharma, Cirkus is the Hindi screen adaptation of William Shakespeare's classic play The Comedy of Errors.

As per a Hindustan Times report, director Rohit Shetty, who has joined forces with Ranveer Singh for a second time in Cirkus, said, “Cirkus is for the audience who loved Golmaal and All The Best. It's that kind of a film. This is for all those who loved those films. I'm sure they're going to love it because I've watched the film. When we started off, I was just a filmmaker making films. Then, the kind of love I got from the audience; it became their film. So, I now make films for them, I take it as a responsibility.”

Earlier last week, another song from Cirkus titled Current Laga Re was released. The fast-paced dance number was sung by Nakash Aziz, Dhvani Bhanushali, Jonita Gandhi and Lijo George.

Cirkus also stars veteran comedy actor Johnny Lever, Varun Sharma, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalsekar, Mukesh Tiwari and Siddharth Jadhav in pivotal roles. The film is set in the 60s, with Ranveer Singh playing a double role for the first time in his career. Varun Sharma, too, has a dual role.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Cirkus is scheduled to release in theatres on December 23, 2022.
