Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's Stree 2 is unstoppable at the box office. Within three days of its theatrical release, the Amar Kaushik directorial has minted Rs 172 crore (gross) in India while the total net collection of Stree 2 is Rs 145.8 crore. Since the film's release, a mysterious woman donning a red veil in the film has left everyone curious about her identity. Well, Gujarati actress Bhumi Rajgor has essayed the character of Stree in the second installment.

Who is Bhumi Rajgor, the new face of Stree in Amar Kaushik's film?

As per Bhumi Rajgor's IMDb profile, she has featured in Gujarati films like Hurry Om Hurry and Fakt Mahilao Maate. The actress was also seen as Kiara Advani's sister in the Bollywood film Satyaprem Ki Katha. Bhumi replaced Flora Saini as Stree in Shraddha and Rajkummar's Stree 2.

In an interview with Times Of India, Bhumi revealed that she is a trained Kathak dancer. Rajgor, who hails from Ahmedabad, said she always wanted to be an actress. "But earlier, my family had concerns about whether the film industry is safe enough for women. My mother had a salon in Ahmedabad, and I trained to become a makeup artist," stated Bhumi.

The actress added that she lived in Mumbai for a long time and worked with several celebrities. Unfortunately, her mother had to shut down her salon during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bhumi Rajgor on being a part of Stree 2

A day ago, Bhumi Rajgor shared her picture from Maddock Films' office. The actress revealed it was the place where her association with Stree 2 began. "The production house which feels like one big happy family filled with incredibly talented, creative and fun people who make the best movies ever. So grateful to be a part of them. Thank you for everything maddockfilms (sic)," a part of her Instagram post read.
