Stree 2 early Box Office collection day 4: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao's horror-comedy inches closer to ₹200 crore

Stree 2 Early Box Office Collection Day 4: Stree 2 was released in theatres on 15th August with two other Bollywood releases: Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein. The Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer however is leading at the box office with good numbers. The film, which is directed by Amar Kaushik grossed ₹188 crore worldwide in three days and now it is all set to cross ₹200 crore at the domestic box office very soon.  

Stree 2 Box Office Update

The horror-comedy clashed at the box office with Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Taapsee Pannu's Khel Khel Mein, and John Abraham, Sharvari-starrer Vedaa. As per a report by Sacnilk.com, the sequel to the successful film 'Stree' has recorded a whopping ₹50 crore (estimated) at the ticket window. 

Stree 2 is all set to touch ₹184 in just 4 days of its release and will easily cross the ₹200 crore mark in only 5 days. The Hindi occupancy on Sunday for the film was 70.41%.

Stree 2 Vs Khel Khel Mein Vs Vedaa

Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein, according to Sacnilk.com earned ₹13.31 crore total in 4 days while John Abraham's Vedaa now stands at ₹12.62 crore. Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's film is leading at the box office in a race where they are the clear winners with a massive collection if compared to these other two releases. 

About Stree 2

The narrative of Stree 2 revolves around a group of friends including Rajkummar Rao's Vicky, who falls in love with Shraddha Kapoor's mysterious woman in the town called Chanderi. This time, the group is fighting a new villain aka ghost, Sarkata. The film also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana in key roles. 

Stree 2 is a horror-comedy and is a sequel to 2018's Stree which is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan.
