Stardom: Aryan Khan shoots award show scenes with 18 stars for Netflix debut series

Aryan Khan is meticulously showcasing A-listers in his debut OTT series, Stardom. However, incorporating an award show montage is a more effective way to showcase all stars in one place. Any series based on the entertainment industry is practically bound to incorporate this element. As per the latest report, the first-time writer-director started filming a scene at an awards ceremony at Bandra's Mehboob Studios.  

Upcoming shoots with industry icons and Shah Rukh Khan

According to a source, who spoke to Mid Day, the sequence will feature a total of 18 confirmed stars. Shanaya Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Rajkummar Rao actually taped their parts on Friday.

The source further told the tabloid that Aryan will shoot with his superstar father, Shah Rukh Khan; Sara Ali Khan; and social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry. It is anticipated that Seema Khan, Bhavana Pandey, and Maheep Kapoor, all members of Bollywood's inner circle, will join Neelam Kothari Soni and Karisma Kapoor. The event will be jam-packed with cameos from famous people in the industry. By Sunday, the filmmaker hopes to have finished filming.

The report further suggested that this scene is essential to the storyline of the show.

Shah Rukh Khan's statement on Netflix series

Earlier, while talking about the series, SRK said in a statement that they are thrilled to announce their new Netflix series, which will provide an exciting new perspective on the glitzy world of Bollywood and the challenges faced by outsiders trying to make it big. Aryan, along with a large number of enthusiastic individuals and the Red Chillies Entertainment crew, has brought this original story to life. This story will be filled with a wealth of energy, enthusiasm, and fun. 

Mona Singh and Lakshya are guiding Aryan as he embarks on his first feature series in the entertainment industry. The upcoming Netflix series Stardom, set to release last year, tells the story of an ambitious outsider navigating the glitzy yet tricky world of Bollywood.
