Srikanth trailer released
The trailer begins by taking us into the world of Srikanth and his aspirations to become the first visually challenged president of the country. The trailer then gives us a peek inside his childhood, where he deals with his problems head-on with strength and determination. A young Srikanth is seen interacting with nature in his own unique way. We are then introduced to Srikanth as an adult (Rajkummar), a man who is courageous, full of life and does not let his disability get in the way of his dreams.
After scoring 98 percent in 12th grade, Srikanth aspires to study Science in college but due to the limitations of the Indian education system, he is forced to take Arts. This leads him to file a case against the Indian education system.
After Srikanth gets admission to MIT, a top university in the United States, he is not allowed to board the flight alone because of his disability. This further creates ripples in his life. But he soon overcomes all challenges and sets up a start-up that is aimed at creating jobs for visually impaired people.
Like Helen Keller, Srikanth’s only source of light and strength is his teacher, who is played by Jyotika.
