Squid Game Season 2 has been making numerous headlines ever since it was released on Netflix. The popular South Korean dystopian survival thriller horror is back with its second season starring Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, Gong Yoo, and several other new faces. Amid this craze, fans of the famous South Korean boy band, BTS, popularly known as ARMY reminisced about one of the group members, V aka Kim Taehyung and his viral Squid Game outfit which he wore during the Permission to Dance tour in LA back in 2021 and it is still one of the talked-about topics among fans.

During the third show of BTS' Permission to Dance Onstage offline concert, V aka Kim Taehyung surprised the ARMY by donning the iconic Squid Game costume. He dressed up in a red uniform from the popular Netflix show. His expression on the big screen and his style of wearing the outfit broke the internet and it is still one of the talked-about topics. As Squid Game 2 releases on Netflix, ARMY reminisced about V's viral moment recently on X. They shared the video from the concert and expressed their admiration towards V.

One fan wrote, "I will be binging season 2 of #SquidGame tonight! Bringing back this iconic face card reveal. Nobody does it like Kim Taehyung!" Another said, "Since squid game 2 is the talk of the town bringing back this taehyung from history books."

A third fan commented, "in honour of squid game 2 release let me bring back this viral squid game taehyung." Since he wore this outfit back in the day, fans were quite sure of his cameo appearance in Squid Game 2 but it did not happen. One fan said, "We didn’t get actor Taehyung in Squid Game S2, but hopefully soon he’ll grace us with his presence on the silver screen."
