Spirit of Fighter: Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone will unveil the much-anticipated poster on Independence Day 2023

Around five months are left for the release of Fighter, which is the second Republic Day weekend release for Siddharth Anand in a row after this year's Pathaan. The aerial action thriller stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Now, the makers are gearing up to bring along the massive celebration for Independence Day with the "Spirit of Fighter." While people have been waiting impatiently to see this high-octane action thriller, the filmmaker has just upped the stakes by announcing that it will be released tomorrow at 10 a.m.

Now, Deepika took to her Instagram page and announced the unveiling of the patriotically themed poster for Fighter. She captioned the post as "10 a.m., Tomorrow. #SpiritOfFighter #SiddharthAnand @hrithikroshan."

Earlier, while talking about Fighter, Siddharth said in a statement that they are now operating on a higher plane. Nobody in India has ever seen anything quite like this before. This is an untested strategy on their part. With the budget they have, it's difficult to make a film of this calibre; that can't be done. Some of the things they are looking into are quite unique. The filmmaker, however, couldn't reveal more because he wants as many people as possible to see the teaser when it debuts. Ideally, it will completely astound them.

Siddharth Anand and Ramon Chibb, a former army officer and writer, co-wrote the story. Later, under Hrithik Roshan's watchful eye, the director and his team of writers crafted a screenplay for the film. According to Akshay Oberoi, who plays a pivotal role in Fighter, the action sequences are much heavier than those in Pathaan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham, and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.

Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Talaz Aziz will be seen in supporting roles in Fighter. The film is slated to release on January 25, 2023.
