Pushpa 2 is set to hit the screens on August 15, 2024, and the makers are racing against time to wrap up the film. Meanwhile, the musical promotions of the film have started, and the first song, 'Pushpa Pushpa,' has already become a smash hit.
Pushpa 2 Sooseki Song Review
Now, the time has come for the second song, Sooseki, a romantic ballad featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the main leads of Pushpa 2. The song is out now, and it sounds a lot of fun. Though you may not like the moment you listen to it, Sooseki is a number that will grow on you the more you listen to it.
Devi Sri Prasad composed the song, which is crooned by star singer Shreya Ghoshal. The special aspect is that as the song is yet to be fully edited, the makers have showcased Rashmika and Allu Arjun grooving to it on the sets of the film.
Ganesh Acharya, the choreographer for Sooseki from Pushpa 2
Ganesh Acharya choreographed the song and is also seen shaking a leg with director Sukumar. The hook step when Rashmika says Sooseki is superb and will definitely become a rage in the days to come. The composition by DSP is basic and has less instrumentation, but we have come to know that the song has great visuals in the film.
The lyrics are by Chandrabose, and they discuss Pushparaj's rough character in the film. Sooseki is touted as a drama sequence number from Pushpa 2 and is a decent track. One was expecting a real number from the film, but the makers showcase the prep for the song and how the team is gearing up, and this idea looks cool.
So far, two songs are out from Pushpa 2, and one can say that they do not come close to any of the songs from the first part. Well, there are three more songs that will be revealed by the makers, and we need to see if they create a sensation of sorts.
