Sookshmadarshini box office collection first weekend (Day 3): The mystery crime thriller, which features Nazriya Nazim Fahadh and Basil Joseph in the lead roles, has emerged as a major critical and commercial success. The movie, directed by MC Jithin, has impressed the audiences with its excellent making and performances. As per the latest updates, Sookshmadarshini has crossed the Rs 15 crore mark at the box office, when it completed the first weekend (3 days) at the theatres.
According to the latest updates from the trade experts, Sookshmadarshini has emerged as a clear winner at the box office, by crossing the Rs 15 crore mark within the first weekend (3 days) of its release. As per the reports, Nazriya Nazim Fahadh and Basil Joseph’s film collected around Rs. 3.5 crore from the Kerala box office on its third day of release. The movie has made a total collection of around Rs 7.85 crore from the Kerala box office, on its Day 3 at the theatres.
If things proceed at the same rate, Sookshmadarshini will cross the Rs. 30 crore mark at the worldwide box office, by the end of its second weekend at the theatres. As per the reports, Nazriya Nazim Fahadh and Basil Joseph’s film has now got around 70 extra shows across Kerala, thanks to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. While considering the extraordinary word-of-mouth publicity and the massive increase in ticket sales, it is safe to assume that Sookshmadarshini will earn the blockbuster status, within its lifetime run at the theatres.
Nazriya Nazim Fahadh plays the role of Priyadarshini, a young woman who investigates the life of her neighbour Manuel, played by Basil Joseph, after some shady incidents. She begins an investigation with her friends and uncovers some dark truths. Deepak Parambol appears as Priyadarshini’s husband Antony in the film, which features Sidharth Bharathan, Akhila Bhargavan, Pooja Mohanraj, Merin Philip, Manohari Joy, and others in the supporting roles.
