Sonakshi Sinha is 'waiting' for husband Zaheer Iqbal on their 2nd honeymoon | Find out why

After 7 years of relationship, Sonakshi Sinha married Zaheer Iqbal on June 23, 2024. Their wedding was an intimate affair followed by a grand reception at Bastian - At The Top in Mumbai. Days after their wedding, Sonakshi and Zaheer jetted off to an undisclosed location for their honeymoon. The couple spent quality time by the poolside. And now, it's time for a second honeymoon for the couple. In the Philippines, Sonakshi is waiting for her husband to join her on their honeymoon.

Sonakshi Sinha shared a picture from the Philippines and revealed it is her and Zaheer Iqbal's second round of honeymoon. The actress further mentioned that she was waiting for Zaheer to reach there. It is because Sonakshi and her husband had to take separate flights for the same destination. If you haven't seen her post yet, check it out right below:

Zaheer Iqbal reposted his wife's IG story and wrote, "Deewana on his way baby (sic)." Earlier, in an interview with Hindustan Times, the Bollywood actress spoke about her short and quick honeymoon in Singapore.

"Actually, my bestie had a baby five days before the wedding so she couldn't make it, so we decided to go to Singapore to surprise her and meet her baby and her," she said. Sinha also revealed nothing much has changed after getting married to Zaheer except for the fact that she now lives with her best friend. The duo recently made an appearance at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding festivities. The couple posed with Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt for a picture.

Meanwhile, Aditya Sarpotdar's Kakuda marked Sonakshi Sinha's first project after her marriage. The actress played the role of Indira in the spooky comedy. Also starring Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Salee, Kakuda dropped on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium on July 12, 2024. It opened to mixed response from critics as well as audiences.
