After a rushed Solo Leveling season 2 episode 3 in the Demon Castle (with hints of Jeju Island), there's now hint at Return to the Demon Castle, or is there? The makers have dropped major hints in the preview of Solo Leveling season 2 episode 4, which sees Sung Jin-woo talk about the Elixir of Life. So, is he going to the Demon Castle to retrieve the Elixir and revive his ailing mother with it, or will we get to see a different arc? Here's looking at the preview to try and figure it out...
Jinwoo sees that just one level pending for clearance to Elixir of Life
The preview for Solo Leveling season 2 episode 4 commences with Jinwoo talking about how there's just one more level left to clear in order to retrieve the Elixir of Life.
The Hunters' Guild gets curious and impatient with Jinwoo
The Hunters' Guild, as we know, are not too happy about an E-rank official Jinwoo returning from missions over a D-rank or higher ranked officer. They are questioning what goes on during the missions that Jinwoo gets back every single time.
Jinwoo's new mission(s) - Retesting and Hunters' Guild Arc to be explored at once?
It is clear that with just two out of three ingredients for the holy water, Jinwoo is far from the Elixir of Life but the hunter knows that he is way more than just an E-rank hunter. The proof of that is completing 75 out of 100 floors in two days span, and beating the likes of Vulcan in the Demon Castle. When back, Jinwoo is out to get himself retested, to be an S-rank hunter. Thus, he is on a mission for that.
However, the preview also suggests another mission - which involves dungeons. You guessed it. We might get to see Hunters' Guild Arc as well with the very episode. For this, Jinwoo joins a mining team and the mission is an A-rank mission. Titled, "I Need To Stop Faking," the episode hints at Jinwoo completing two arcs at once, again. It would be interesting to see who his opposition (read villain) would be this time around.
Solo Leveling season 2 episode 4 is expected to be out tonight, and a lot from it is still under the wraps.
