Sohini Sarkar's birthday celebration sees the presence of rumoured boyfriend Shovan Ganguly

It has already been reported that Sohini Sarkar has parted ways with her long-time boyfriend, Ranojoy Bishnu. As per speculations within the industry, the actress is dating none other than singer Shovan Ganguly, who broke up with his girlfriend actress Swastika Dutta. 

Actor Prantik Banerjee shared several photos on Tuesday night, captioned as ‘B-Day Day Out’. It was Sohini’s birthday and her close friend Prantik was present with his wife Ankita. The first photo shows Sohini and Ankita kissing Prantik’s cheeks. It shows their friendship. But a later picture attracted the netizens which showed Shovan. In fact, according to sources close to them, Sohini and Shovan went to Goa for vacation.

Shovan has also been involved in several relationships in the past. Years ago he used to date singer Iman Chakraborty. Though they did not confirm it publicly, there was no secrecy. They used to share photos showing them together. But they split up suddenly.

Then, actress Swastika Dutta came into his life. They openly expressed their feelings to each other. But that relationship did not last after two years. None of them revealed the reason behind their breakup. But Swastika shared some stories on social media about breach of trust. Netizens guessed that Shovan broke her heart.

The rumor about Shovan and Sohini started when he was present at Sohini's mother's birthday. It was heard that they came close to each other at the 22she Sravan program, organised by Jisshu U Sengupta. Then, Shovan started sharing news reports about Sohini on social media, and things became clearer.
