Sky Force box office collection day 5: Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya-starrer dips further, earns in single digits

Sky Force box office collection day 5: Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya's film got a solid start at the box office with a collection of Rs 15.30 crore. It was followed by Sky Force minting Rs 26.30 crore on day two and Rs 31.60 crore on day three. However, the film witnessed a sharp decline in its collection on the fourth day. Sky Force box office report day 5

Sky Force continued to earn in single digits on the fifth day of its theatrical release. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, the Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya-starrer collected Rs 5.75 crore on day five. The movie hasn't entered the Rs 100 crore club yet.

Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur, Sky Force is based on India's first airstrike. It highlights the Sargodha airbase attack on Pakistan in the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965. Also starring Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles, the movie had a theatrical release on January 24, 2025. 

In this film, Akshay essays the role of Wing Commander Kumar Om Ahuja. As for Veer Pahariya, he is seen as T. Krishna Vijaya aka Tabby in the movie. Sara plays the character of Geeta Vijaya and Nimrat is seen as Preeti Ahuja.

Veer Pahariya on similarities with his character

In an interview with Firstpost, Veer Pahariya revealed his similarities with his character in Sky Force. The actor said, "Tabby is rebellious, disobeys the orders, and never comes back. (Smiles) He broke the rules and stole a plane, but that was for a greater cause to save his brothers from danger. What is common is that even I would stand for my friends and family, I’m very loyal and all about love."
