Skanda OTT release date: When and where to watch the Ram Pothineni, Sreeleela starrer

Skanda is one of the most awaited films in Telugu this September as it marks the collaboration of Ram Pothineni and director Boyapati Sreenu for the first time in their career. The action drama is all set to release on September 15, 2023, and has music by Thaman. 

The promotions of the film are happening on a massive note and the recently released trailer has caught the imagination of one and all. Skanda is a mass drama that will showcase Ram Pothineni in a mass avatar for the first time in his career and there is a lot of hype for the film as director Boyapati Sreenu is coming after a massive success of Akhanda, featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna.

The pre-release event of the film caught the imagination of one and all. Skanda is also seeing solid competition at the box office as Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut's Chandramukhi 2 is releasing on the same date of September 15, 2023.

We at OTTplay have now come to know about the digital rights of the film. The news is that Disney Hotstar has bought the OTT rights to the film. As per the update, the satellite and digital rights of the film have been locked at a massive price of Rs 45 crores which is the highest ever in the career of Ram Pothineni. 

Star Maa will be the satellite partner of the film whereas Hotstar will be the OTT partner. The word is that the OTT release will happen in the last week of October. Skanda is Ram Pothineni's first-ever Pan-India release and is coming out in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The entire pre-release business of the film has been locked at Rs 85 crores and the makers are already in profits before the film's release. 

Sreeleela plays the female lead in this film along with Saiee Manjrekar. The songs of Skanda have caught on quite well and created a solid buzz for the film. We need to see if Ram scores a big hit at the box office or not.
