With Milly Alcock from House of the Dragon taking on the mantle of Supergirl and I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie at the helm, this one’s shaping up to be a blockbuster! Set your calendars for June 26, 2026 – it’s going to be epic!

New Zombies shine in ‘Daryl Dixon’ season 2: The Book of Carol

Now, let’s shift gears to the world of zombies. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 2 is coming at us with a seriously creepy twist—bioluminescent zombies! Yep, you heard that right. Executive producer Greg Nicotero is giving us glow-in-the-dark walkers! 70% of them were made using practical effects—LED lights and blacklight-activated paint—and it’s going to look absolutely insane. This season, premiering September 29, also sees the return of fan-favourite Carol as she teams up with Daryl for a rescue mission. Expect lots of thrills and chills in this spooky new chapter!

Daveed Diggs joins ‘The Boys’ season 5, new twists await!

Moving on to some more casting news—if you’re a fan of The Boys, hold on to your hats! The brilliant Daveed Diggs, known for Hamilton and Snowpiercer, is joining the cast of The Boys season 5. His role is still a mystery, but knowing The Boys, we can expect some serious twists. Will Diggs be a hero or another Vought villain? We’ll have to wait and find out. Creator Eric Kripke has promised a ‘whirlwind’ of a season, and with Jared Padalecki joining the cast as well, this final season is going to be absolutely bonkers!

Robin Hood's love story gets a fresh take in the new MGM+ series

Now, for all you hopeless romantics out there, Robin Hood is making a comeback! MGM+ has greenlit a brand new series, and this time we’re getting a fresh twist—focusing on Robin’s love story with Marian. Production kicks off in February 2025, and we’ll see Robin and Marian fighting corruption, with all the romance and adventure we love. It’s being led by SEAL Team showrunner John Glenn, so expect lots of action with a side of swoon-worthy moments. While there’s no news on casting yet, stay tuned with us and we’ll let you know about it very soon!

Get ready for ‘Dream Productions’: ‘Inside Out’s’ next adventure!

And now, Pixar fans—get ready! Inside Out is back with Dream Productions, a brand-new series dropping on Disney+ on December 11th. This one’s set between Inside Out and its sequel and will explore how Riley’s dreams are made. Amy Poehler is back as Joy, alongside our favourites—Anger, Sadness, and Fear. Plus, mark your calendars for Win or Lose, Pixar’s next big series, hitting screens in February 2025. Pixar is on fire, and we can’t wait for these releases to drop on OTT!

Exciting update: John Ortiz joins Bob Odenkirk in ‘Nobody 2’

In a thrilling addition to the cast, John Ortiz has signed on for Nobody 2, alongside Bob Odenkirk, who reprises his role as a seemingly ordinary family man with a hidden past as a government assassin. Directed by Timo Tjahjanto, known for his work in horror and action, this highly-anticipated sequel also features stars like Connie Nielsen, Sharon Stone, and Christopher Lloyd. Currently filming in Winnipeg, Nobody 2 is set for a theatrical release on August 15, 2025. Get ready for more unexpected twists and high-octane action!
