Recently, the makers of Jayam Ravi-starrer Siren released a new track named Netru Varai which has been receiving positive reviews from audiences. The track, sung by popular singer Sid Sriram, was composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The Tamil composer has now taken to his social media page to share a BTS video of both the singer and composer rehearsing the song before recording. Sid Sriram, who renders his melodious vocals to the song, is seated near G V Prakash who is seen playing a piano.
Fans have expressed their love for the new track and are hailing the singer-composer duo for making a wonderful rendition.
Directed by Anthony Bhagyaraj, the film revolves around a tale of revenge where Jayam Ravi plays a wrongly convicted prisoner. The teaser shows Jayam Ravi avenging the death of a loved one and for putting him behind the bars for 14 years. The sneak peek also hints at an action-packed adventure after Jayam Ravi is let out on parole. Keerthy Suresh plays a cop in the thriller drama. Comedian Yogi Babu will also be seen in the role of a cop in this film, promising complete entertainment. The film will be hitting the theatres on February 16, after a long wait.
Apart from Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh, the movie also features a stellar star cast, including Anupama Parameswaran, Samuthirakani, Yogi Babu and Tulasi, among others. Cinematography is handled by Selva Kumar SK, while the editing is done by Ruben. Dhilip Subbarayan is in charge of the stunt choreography. The film is bankrolled by Sujatha Vijayakumar.
According to a few reports, the Jayam Ravi-starrer will be available for streaming on Zee5 post its theatrical run. However, an official confirmation is awaited.
