Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani step out for the first time as man & wife, distribute sweets

After expressing their gratitude to the media that was waiting outside Jaisalmer airport on Wednesday (February 8), with them blowing kisses and folding their hands in humility, newlyweds Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have now flown down to Sidharth’s hometown Delhi where they will be hosting their wedding reception.

On Wednesday evening, the couple stepped out to greet fans and members of the media with sweets. The two wore matching scarlet red outfits. While Kiara opted for a classy all-red salwar suit and a simple pair of kundan earrings, Sidharth wore a red kurta with a pair of white trousers and a Pashmina shawl around his neck. In terms of makeup, too, Kiara has kept her look clean with only some subtle blush and a light-hued lip colour. The only thing that was eye-catching was the vermilion (sindoor) on her parting.

The pair was all smiles as they distributed sweets and held hands while posing for the shutterbugs stationed outside their place.

The couple, who reportedly fell in love on the sets of their film Shershaah, were seen holding hands and waving and blowing kisses at the waiting media and fans outside the airport. The duo is now headed to Sidharth’s hometown of Delhi where they will be hosting their reception, according to multiple reports.

Fans of Sid and Kiara have been waiting with bated breath to see the newlyweds fresh from their fairytale wedding in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Both actors took to their Instagram pages and shared the sweetest photos from the ceremony, and they truly make for an adorable couple.

In the photos, Sidharth dons a royal look, wearing a golden sherwani and off-white pyjamas with a matching turban. Kiara looks stunning in a pink lehenga choli that she accessorised with emerald and diamond-studded jewelry. Well, don't miss the beautiful pear-shaped ring that Sidharth gifted his ladylove.

While sharing the photos, the couple captioned them, "Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai. We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead."

The couple tied the knot in Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace on February 7 in a private ceremony in the company of friends and family.
