Siddhant Chaturvedi is gearing up to take on one of the quirkiest roles in his career yet, in the upcoming film Phone Bhoot. The horror comedy will see him share the screen with Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khattar. Phone Bhoot marks Siddhant’s first film collaboration with Katrina, and the actor recently opened up about working with the Ek Tha Tiger actress.

In conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Siddhant referred to the experience of working with Katrina as ‘amazing’. He revealed that although the actress may look innocent enough, she was quite the prankster. “She used to prank us a lot as we are juniors also”, said Siddhant.

Siddhant had nothing but good things to say of Katrina, speaking about how loving she was and how much fun he had while working with her on sets. He said that he was able to learn a lot from the actress, whom he called one of the most hardworking actresses he has ever had the pleasure of working with.

Phone Bhoot will see Katrina take on the role of a ghost for the first time in her career. The Gurmmeet Singh directorial was written by Ravi Shankaran and Jasvinder Singh Bath, and produced under the banner of Excel Entertainment.

The trailer of Phone Bhoot will be released on Monday, October 10, and the film will hit theatres on November 4.

Meanwhile, Siddhant was last seen in Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan. Other than Phone Bhoot, his upcoming films include Ravi Udyavar’s Yudhra and Arjun Varain Singh’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan.

Katrina’s upcoming lineup of films include Merry Christmas, which will see her share the screen with Vijay Sethupathi. The actress will also be seen in the third instalment of the Tiger film franchise, Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3, which will also star Salman Khan.
