Shriya Pilgaonkar on working with Jaideep Ahlawat, Sonali Bendre in Broken News: They are not just amazing co-actors but also wonderful people

After garnering immense praise and applause, for Guilty Minds and her performance in it, Shriya Pilagaokar is all set for Zee5's Broken News. After portraying the character of a successful Advocate Kashaf Quaze, the gorgeous diva is all set to play a news reporter in her upcoming project that will be based on the world of Journalism.

Apart from Shriya, Jaideep Alhawat and Sonali Bendre Behl are the two major characters of the upcoming web series. The Jai Mata Di actress has already completed her entire shooting schedule in Mumbai for the anticipated show. 

Talking about her newly announced series, Shriya said in a recent statement that the shoot of Broken News was an incredible experience for her, especially because she got the chance to work with Jaideep Ahlawat and Sonali Bendre Behl. Meanwhile overwhelmed with the reviews of her last show, the actress further mentioned, "I am overjoyed and overwhelmed with the love and critical appreciation coming my way for Guilty Minds. I am excited for my other work across different genres releasing this year."

Speaking of her new co-actors, Shriya said that they are not just amazing co-actors but also wonderful people. "I've had a great time shooting for this show and I can't wait for the audience to watch it," she added.

The actress has always been seen playing versatile characters in most of her projects. Meanwhile, in an exclusive chat with OTTplay, the actress mentioned that she is waiting for a good rom-com script as she wishes to be seen in a light-hearted show or film now. 

Apart from Zee5's Broken News, Shriya would be seen in Crackdown Season 2 along with a few more unannounced projects in her kitty.
