Shiddat trailer Twitter reactions: Netizens long to see how the star-crossed lovers’ story ends

Hopeless romantics yearning for some good love stories on the screen will soon have their wish granted as Shiddat is all set to hit streaming giant Disney+Hotstar, come October 1. The romantic drama recently gave viewers a taste of what's in store by dropping the film’s trailer and netizens could not keep it all in.

One would have to take a fine-tooth comb to sieve out any negative reactions, as it seems that Twitterati has nothing but good things to say about the jolly and lovely looking trailer. From calling it amazing to something which can redefine love, Shiddat’s trailer certainly has gotten on the good side of the public.

Along with the heaps of adoration, fans also added how pumped up they are for the film, even encouraging other viewers to ensure that this film is not missed.

And of course, many were wooed by the two leads’ chemistry, calling it wonderful and mesmerizing, and expressing how excited they were to see the two replicate it again.

But not everyone was moved by trailer. Naysayers and critics too had their piece to say. They had their expectations high and they said some portions of the trailer reminded them of Love Aajkal 2.

Shiddat tells the quirky tale of love between an unlikely couple . But as in all good love stories, the road to theirs also has its snags, the biggest one being that Kartika is already engaged to someone else.

The film stars Radhika Madan, Sunny Kaushal, Diana Penty, Mohit Raina and Sikandar Kher among others. Directed by Kunal Deshmukh, the film is bankrolled under the banners of T-Series and Maddock Films.
