Manamey on OTT: Where to watch Sharwanand, Krithi Shetty's movie

Sharwananad was giving back-to-back flops in his career. So, he took a two-year break, got married, and made a comeback with the family drama Manamey. Directed by Sriram Aditya, the film had Krithi Shetty as the heroine. T G Vishwa Prasad produced this film, which was based in London.

Manamey OTT platform details

Well, for an extended period of time, the OTT rights of Manamey were not sold to any platform. But we have now come to know that Amazon Prime Video has bagged the digital rights to the film. As per the update, the film will be out in the second week of July 2024.

Sharwanand is a charming young man who is forced to become the father of his friend's son, along with Krithi Shetty. His performance won the hearts of many, and Hesham Abdul Wahab's music was also icing on the cake in Manamey.

The news is also that Amazon Prime has spent a hefty amount to bag the digital rights. One of the sources close to the team tells us that the makers almost locked the OTT deal with Aha but things changed at the last minute with Prime Video spending big bucks.

Krithi Shetty played the female lead, and it was a big film for her as she was going through flops in her career. Manamey is a cute love story with some decent emotions in the second half. But it is Sharwanand's performance that won the hearts of many, and we need to see how the film will fare once it comes out on OTT.

Rahul Ramakrishna also played a key role in the film along with young hero Shiva Kandukuri. His role was also impressive in the film, and he gave a settled performance. Watch this space for more.
