Sharman Joshi is all set to wow the Telugu audience with his first movie titled Music School, which is going to be helmed by Papa Rao Biyyala. Shriya Saran will be essaying the female lead in the upcoming musical drama opposite Joshi.
Music School will also feature Brahmanandam, Prakash Raj, Vinay Varma, Ozu Barua, Suhasini Mulay, and Gracy Goswamy in crucial roles.
The soundtrack of the upcoming musical drama is going to be composed by the Maestro Ilaiyaraaja, which is an icing on the cake. The movie is touted to be a satirical musical drama that will shine light on the current education system in our country where children are brought up to become either engineers or doctors instead of motivating them to pick up careers that they are really interested in. Sounds familiar? This was also the plot for the film 3 Idiots where Sharman Joshi played one of the lead roles alongside Aamir Khan and R Madhavan.
Papa Rao Biyyala is an award-winning filmmaker who underwent training at the New York Film Academy (NYFA). He is also the recipient of a couple of international awards for his movie titled, Will to Sacrifice.
Kiran Deohans, who is known for his works in Jodhaa Akbar, is donning the hat of the cinematographer for the upcoming Sharman Joshi starrer. The film will have foot tapping choreography by Adam Murry, who previously worked on Broadway.
Sharman Joshi recently took to social media to make an announcement of his upcoming movie that is going to be produced under the banner of Yamini Films. Music School will reportedly go on floors on October 15, and is going to be a multilingual movie.
