Shark Tank India is a popular Hindi-language business reality television series that airs on Sony Entertainment Television. It is the Indian franchise of the American show Shark Tank. You can also watch it on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. The show has returned with Season 4, and the latest episode showed Peyush Bansal signing the largest deal for Rs. 5 crore for a premium brand.

The latest episode of Shark Tank India 4 featured high-stakes negotiations and groundbreaking deals. Peyush Bansal acquired a 51% controlling stake in NOOE. It is a premium lifestyle and accessory brand. With this, it marked the show's largest cheque to date. 

Created by Piyush Suri and Niteeka Pandey, NOOE is best known for it is minimalist, Japanese-Scandinavian-inspired designs and commitment to sustainability. It also received prestigious awards like the Red Dot Design Award.

As the discussion pertains to the brand's financial struggles, Piyush revealed a debt of Rs 1.2 crore despite a fast-moving inventory. Judge Aman Gupta expressed interest, questioning how the brand could sustain itself without funding.

Peyush offered Rs 3 crore for a 51% stake, aiming to clear debt and invest more to rebuild the brand. 

Moments later, Aman proposed a counteroffer of Rs 3 crore for 50% equity, later adjusted to Rs 2 crore for 30% equity. However, the pitcher hesitated to relinquish control.

Piyush and Niteeka countered with Rs 5 crores for 51%. Aman who became slightly angry after facing the rejection of his offer, said, "I gave you a better offer at 30%, and you rejected it." Ultimately, they accept Peyush's contract, with Peyush declaring it his biggest investment in the show.
