A new shark has joined the panel of the Indian version of the business reality TV show Shark Tank as production begins on Season 3. The CEO and founder of OYO Rooms, Ritesh Agarwal, has joined the panel of Sharks on Shark Tank India 3. The third season of everyone's favourite business reality show will have a brand new judge after the success of the previous two.

Diverse panel of Sharks for Season 3

This year's sharks include Ritesh Agarwal (founder/CEO of OYO Rooms), Vineeta Singh (co-founder/CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), Namita Thapar (executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Anupam Mittal (founder/CEO of Shaadi.com, People Group), and Aman Gupta (co-founder/CMO of boAt).

Thanks to their charisma and chemistry, they and their act have gained widespread recognition. This season, host and top stand-up comic Rahul Dua will guide the contestants as they pitch their business ideas to the Sharks, who serve as the show's anchors with their offers, deals, and, in many ways, pearls of wisdom.

Shark Tank India format

The show provides a platform for budding business owners to pitch their ideas to successful investors and industry professionals known as "The Sharks." This show, based on the American series Shark Tank, features businesspeople proposing their ideas to a panel of investors known as "sharks," who then decide whether or not to invest in the business.

Memes based on investor and shark Ashneer Grover's offbeat one-liners made the first season of the show a phenomenon from the time it premiered on December 20, 2021, to the time it concluded on February 4, 2022. Ghazal Alagh and he did not return for Season 2.

Awaiting Season 3

Stand-up comedian Rahul Dua will host the second and third seasons in place of Rannvijay Singh Singha, who hosted the first season. The creators have not yet revealed the date for the third season's premiere on SonyLIV.
