Let us decode some of the most popular episodes of Shark Tank India Season 3. In a recent installment of Shark Tank India, three entrepreneurs showcased what could only be termed as a 'magic mirror.' Their blend of 'Beauty GPT' and cutting-edge AI technology caught the attention of investor Vineeta Singh. However, while Singh remained somewhat skeptical about the company's business model, it was investor Peyush Bansal who expressed a keen interest in acquiring the venture from its founders.

The concept of the 'magic mirror' resembles those found on platforms like Nykaa or Lenskart, allowing customers to virtually test products before making a purchase. Unlike digital counterparts, this company offers physical products designed for installation in stores.

Why is the episode trending online?

The company named Orbo AI came in to ask for Rs 1 crore for a 0.75 percent stake in the business at Rs 133.33 crore valuation.

When Peyush decided to raise the stakes, he proposed acquiring a controlling interest of 51 percent in the company for Rs 15 crore. Investor Aman Gupta found this proposition rather peculiar, echoing multiple times, "A company cannot be sold in just 10 minutes like this." After deliberation, the founders entertained the idea of striking a deal with Peyush but proposed a higher valuation of Rs 35 crore for the same 51 percent stake. However, Peyush declined this counteroffer. Subsequently, the founders opted to accept Vineeta's offer instead. Vineeta presented an offer of Rs 1 crore for 1 percent of the company.

Wrapping up the conversation, investor Anupam Mittal said, “Survival is the number one job of an entrepreneur.” Investor Azhar Iqubal agreed with the opinion.

This episode is one of the most popular episodes of the show. If you wish to watch the show, you can watch it anytime on the Sony LIV app.
