Shane Nigam and Shine Tom Chacko set to star in a comedy entertainer

Malayalam actors Shane Nigam and Shine Tom Chacko are gearing up for a new comedy entertainer, produced by Sandra Thomas. The shooting for this upcoming film is scheduled to begin on October 9, in Kattappana. The film will be helmed by director duo Anto Jose Pereira and Aby Treesa Paul, both of whom made their debut with Arjun Ashokan’s political satire, Member Rameshan 9am Ward.

The yet-to-be-titled film’s cast and crew

The theme of the upcoming film is centred on three love stories between two families in Idukki. This family-oriented comedy entertainer is said to feature Bheeshma Parvam fame Anagha, Baburaj, Chemban Vinod Jose, Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam fame Ramya Suvi, Jaffer Idukki, Renji Panicker and Maala Parvathi in pivotal roles.

The film will be scripted by Kerala State Award recipient Rajesh Pinnadan. Music will be composed by Kailas Menon, while cinematographer Luke Jose and editor Noufal Abdullah are also on board. The design aesthetic is carried out by Kunjamma and art direction will be done by Arun Jose. Dipil Dev is the creative director and production is headed by Anita Raj. 

Shine Tom and Shane Nigam’s other projects

Shine Tom is also roped in to play a pivotal role in the NTR-Janhvi Kapoor starrer Devara-1. Shane Nigam, on the other hand, was last seen in the Malayalam action-thriller RDX: Robert Dony Xavier , and is now gearing up for his much-awaited film Bermuda, which will be releasing on November 11 after a series of delays.
