It was a moment of Thalapathy meeting Thala as fans would describe it. Shalini Ajith and her children, Anoushka and Aadvik met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin during the Chennai Super Kings and Hyderabad Sun Risers match at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. A picture of the TN CM shaking hands with Kutti Thala Aadvik is doing the rounds on the internet.

Also present at the stadium were Shalini's brother Richard, Stalin's wife Durga Stalin, their son and Minister for Youth Welfare and Sports Development of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, his wife and producer Kiruthika Udhayanidhi,  the education minister of Tamil Nadu Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi to name a few. It looks like the families had some fun moments at the stadium as Chennai Super Kings won the match by seven wickets.

In the meantime, Ajith seems to have resumed his bike tour as he was recently spotted in Nepal. Pictures and videos of the actor from the neighbouring country have been doing the rounds on the internet. It looks like the actor is having the time of his life basking in the scenic locations of the neighbouring country.

Since Ajith has embarked on the tour, it looks like his upcoming film, which is tentatively being referred to as AK62 might be a tad delayed. There is no official communication from the film's producers Lyca Productions yet. After the ouster of Vignesh Shivan, it was stated that Magizh Thirumeni will step in as the director, however, the team is yet to make an official announcement about the same.

Ajith was last seen in the action entertainer Thunivu, which was helmed by H Vinoth. The film was bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and revolved around a bank heist where Ajith played a mysterious character called Dark Devil. Manju Warrier played the leading lady, marking her maiden project with Ajith.
