Shahidur Rahman and Tridha Choudhury team up for a new web series

Shahidur Rahman, famous for the series Made in Heaven, will work on a Bengali web series. Tridha Choudhury will also act in the series. This Addatimes series' name is Scene 2, directed by Arunava Khasnobis. Arunava said, “Samar (Shahidur), Ananta (Pratik Dutta), and Rumi (Tridha Choudhury) share a common past. How they come out of that incident will be the backbone of the series. In the course, a mystery will be unveiled.” 

Shahidur came back to the Bengali industry after a long time with the series. Hailing from Midnapore, he studied at Calcutta University. He then went to Mumbai and worked in several films and series. He said, “I worked in a negative role in the movie Kidnap, starring Dev. I got a chance after several years. It is good news that Bengali actors in Mumbai are getting offers to work here.” He plays a suspended cop in the series. 

Tridha plays a journalist here. She said, “My last work was in Parambrata Chattopadhyay’s film Abhijaan. I like working with new technicians and directors in the Bengali industry.”
