Since the 2007 release of Jab We Met, fans have adored Kareena Kapoor Khan's Geet and Shahid Kapoor's Aditya. Recently, Shahid gave his opinion on the current whereabouts of the beloved Jab We Met duo.
Shahid, who was present at the event, saw Imtiaz's response on the previous occasion. The actor added while laughing that he thinks it's hilarious that Geet and Aditya are breaking up now because they're so angry with each other. Shahid revealed that his character Aditya would say, "She is her own favourite; who can ever put up with her?"
When many fans pointed out that Shahid's statement was breaking their hearts, he swiftly responded that if their filmmaker believes that these two will divorce, then who is he to intervene? Acting is all he does.
The October 26, 2007, release of Jab We Met was highly praised by critics. Despite having a meagre budget of just Rs 15 crore, the film managed to rack up over Rs. 50 crore at the box office and eventually become beloved by many.
