Jawan has been unstoppable at the box office since the moment advance booking kicked off. Even before the film was released, it was declared a super hit at the box office, and Shah Rukh Khan has broken his own record, which he created with Pathaan earlier this year. Now, the official figures of the first-day collections across the globe for Jawan are finally out. The film entered the Rs. 100 crore club on its opening day, which is the biggest in the history of Hindi cinema.
Jawan: The Blockbuster
Red Chillies Entertainment, who produced Jawan, took to their social media pages and revealed that the film has minted Rs. 129.60 crore gross worldwide. This is the biggest opening a Hindi film has ever had!
While sharing the news, they wrote, "As Jawan says, 'Yeh toh bas shuruaat hai.' Thank you for the Massy-ive love. (sic)"

Crossing Pathaan's collection:
On day one, Pathaan's worldwide collection was Rs. 103 crore. Both of these films star Shah Rukh Khan and are the only ones to break the Rs. 100 crore mark. Jawan's worldwide debut was a staggering $4.5 million on Thursday, and it could have done much better on Friday. The collections are somewhat similar to what we saw on the first day of Pathaan, with UAE being the clear winner then.
Atlee's film Jawan features Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role as father and son. The film features two stars opposite SRK: Nayanthara, in her Hindi debut, as well as Deepika Padukone in a special appearance. Jawan features Vijay Sethupathi as the main villain, while the supporting cast comprises Priya Mani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Girija Oak, and Eijaz Khan, among others.
Moreover, the film is also receiving love for its incredible songs and background score by Anirudh.
The film hit the big screen on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.-
