The highly anticipated movie Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and starring Shah Rukh Khan alongside an amazing ensemble cast, is almost ready for release and is creating a lot of talk among audiences. Scheduled for release on December 21, 2023, Dunki is now getting the first-ever 5.55-am show at the legendary Gaiety Cinema in Mumbai.
Special screenings of Dunki have been arranged by SRK Universe, the star's biggest fan club, at over 1,000 theatres globally—a record for any Hindi movie star.
SRK Universe hosted the first-ever 9-am Pathaan screening at Mumbai's Gaiety theatre. The first-ever Jawan show at the iconic theatre opened at 6 in the morning. With the premiere of Dunki on December 21, fans set a new record with the spectacular 5:55-am show at Gaiety theatre. In 51 years of Gaiety's existence, no other movie had a screening before noon.
Sharing the announcement, the fan club wrote, "BREAKING: After first ever 9am show at Gaiety (#Pathaan), first ever 6am show at Gaiety(#Jawan) thrilled to announce we are organizing first ever 5:55AM show at #Gaiety (555 [wink emoji]) for Dunki! Multiple shows in Mumbai being organized by #SRKUniverse for Dunki. And its gonna be bigger!"

Along with Shah Rukh Khan, the ensemble cast includes Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. The enthusiasm is apparent in the advance bookings for Dunki, which broke records by earning more than Rs 2 crore on the first day.
