Shah Rukh Khan, an actor, recently went to see his Kolkata Knight Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore in an IPL game. Shah Rukh met some acid attack survivors in the city of joy after winning the match before heading to Mumbai. The actor was seen joking around and engaging in serious conversation with the survivors.
The Meer Foundation, which Shah Rukh runs and is named after his late father, is dedicated to helping acid attack survivors. With his foundation, he encountered the happy faces.
The pictures were shared on the superstar’s biggest fan club on Twitter and the caption read, “Jo dil jeette hain woh kabhi haarte nahi. The King Of Hearts with the ones who swim against the tide & emerged as winners in the game of life – the acid attack survivors.”
The actor, who is known for being friendly to fans, received praise from them for making time to meet the survivors of an acid attack. In the comments section, he was referred to by several fans as "Dilwala."
The actor, who is still enjoying the success of his most recent film, Pathaan, came in first place in the 2023 TIME100 list of the world's most influential people.
Shah Rukh's Pathaan, meanwhile, came out in January of this year. One of the most financially successful Bollywood films, the film has amassed box office receipts of over Rs 1000 worldwide.
