At Tuesday's Global Freight Summit in Dubai, Shah Rukh Khan spoke about his setbacks and offered a message of motivation to all attendees. Rather than wallow in self-pity, the superstar suggests taking stock of one's situation. He elaborated by using the film business as an example. According to SRK, a movie's box office failure is not the result of a "conspiracy," but rather a failure to resonate with its target demographic.
Shah Rukh asserted that failure should not lead one to believe that their service, product, or job is flawed. Maybe they simply lacked knowledge about the environment they were operating in. Learn the reactions of the people around them. The quality of the superstar's offering is irrelevant if he is unable to evoke a sense of emotion in his target audience.
When asked if he is critical of his work, Shah Rukh Khan stated that he despises feeling this way, leading to frequent crying in his bathroom. Interestingly, it remains hidden from view. He continued to explain that the world is not necessarily working against them; one must believe in this. Neither they nor the world are to blame for their film's failure. One needs to convince themselves that they failed miserably, and the next step is to proceed.
Even though they all have low points, King Khan said that the key is to learn to pick themselves up and keep going. Sometimes they want to cry, but sometimes they want to stop moping and embrace life. Since no one is opposing them, it's imperative that they take action. SRK also said that one ought not to think that they are the only ones experiencing difficulties. Time passes and life proceeds as it always does. Furthermore, he emphasised that criticising life for its actions is not acceptable.
Shah Rukh Khan has a new film coming out shortly called King. Suhana Khan, his daughter, will also feature in the film.
