Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan’s upcoming action thriller to likely be directed by Sujoy Ghosh

Just like his father Shah Rukh Khan, actress Suhana Khan too desires to make it big in Bollywood. Suhana, who is soon going to make her debut in the film industry with the film titled The Archies, has now begun prepping for her next film.

If reports are to be believed, 23-year-old Suhana is all set to work with her 57-year-old father, actor Shah Rukh Khan, for an action thriller soon. This action thriller is likely to be directed by popular filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh.

Ghosh is best known to direct notable films like Kahaani (2012), Kahaani 2 (2016) and Badla (2019) to name a few.

In a report published today by news portal Pinkvilla, it read, “Shah Rukh Khan’s character in this Sujoy Ghosh’s directorial in terms of screentime is expected to be on the lines of Dear Zindagi, though the writing is still being polished. The pre-production work of the upcoming untitled film is going in full swing and the stakeholders at Red Chillies Entertainment (a production firm owned by Shah Rukh Khan) are charged up to introduce the next generation of the family to their audiences.”

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Shah Rukh Khan and Sujoy Ghosh have teamed up for a project. Prior to this development, they both had worked together in the capacity of producer and director in Badla starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu.

Meanwhile, the release date of Suhana Khan starrer The Archies is yet to be known. The teaser of this upcoming Netflix film was released about a few weeks ago at an event held in Brazil. The Archies will also mark the debut of megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and producer Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor in Bollywood.
