Sean Banerjee takes time off from the small screen

Television heartthrob Sean Banerjee acted in only three serials – Ami Sirajer Begum, Ekhane Akash Nil, and Mon Fagun. And with just three mega serials, he has made a special space in the hearts of his fans. He has not been acting for long, but in these years he has been hugely popular among the audience, especially among his female fans. However, Sean has been away from the screen for a long time. 

Evidently, speculations are rife on when will he come back to television. However, without paying any heed to those, the actor keeps posting Reels on his Instagram on a regular basis. He is often seen traveling to the hills or spending time with his nephew. When will he return to acting? 

In an interview with Anandabazar Online, Sean said, “I do not want to return to serials at present. I have been involved with a project for a long time. I am doing an archival shoot. I can not say who the shoot is for. Acting in a serial means a long-term commitment. I want to finish the backlogs first. Then I will think about whether to come back to serials or not.” The actor wants to spend his time with his family. His elder sister came from Pune, and he enjoys family time with them. Sean has been back from London just a few days back. He will appear with Ditipriya Roy in a triangular love story. He has also worked in another multilingual film with Rituparna Sengupta.
