The darkest SAW film to date delves into the secret story of Jigsaw's most intimate game. He said that no matter how extreme John’s methods are, it’s his job to flesh him out, to be on his side, and to draw audiences into his thought processes. The actor finds his character intriguing because of that. John is a multi-faceted character who confronts the evil in his world in a manner that is new to him. While the spectator enjoys an incredible cinematic experience, it is his responsibility to give John a human and realistic side.
