SatyaPrem Ki Katha out, THIS film is among most loved theatrical releases on OTT

Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani’s SatyaPrem Ki Katha is no longer among the list of the most loved theatrical releases on OTT. The film had made its entry last week but is now the only movie that is out of the list. Last week, SatyaPrem Ki Katha had pushed Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan out of the most loved movies on OTT list.

Ormax Media unveiled its new list of the most loved theatrical releases on OTT for the week of August 18-24. This week, a Hollywood film has taken over SatyaPrem Ki Katha. The movie is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

Adipurush continues to reign

Prabhas’ Adipurush, adapted from the epic Ramayana, is still the most loved film. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in pivotal roles. While Prabhas plays the role of Lord Ram, Kriti is seen as Goddess Sita and Sunny plays Lord Laxman in the movie.

Adipurush was dissed in the movie halls for its cringe-worthy dialogues. The movie suffered immensely and the makers had to apologize for how the viewers felt after seeing the film. Despite that, the movie has been working well on OTT, as opposed to what it did at the Box Office.

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 still winning hearts

The Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 came as a good surprise. It was a fresh breath of air, given how MCU films were disappointing back-to-back before this movie released. GOTG 3 focuses on the story of Rocket. This time, fans get to know how the little raccoon became a master of his own and how it was because he had no other choice. As always, the film brings the Guardians family, including Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Mantis (Pom Klementiff) and Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), back.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse replaces SatyaPrem Ki Katha

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is the third most loved film. This Hollywood movie is the animated version of Spiderman. The franchise is always loved in India and thus, Across the Spider-Verse, the latest from it, receiving all the love, does not come as a surprise for one bit. The movie is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
